Shipping Policy
- Free Shipping on Orders above Rs. 1500.
- International shipping prices vary by territory. See shipping choices by carrier in checkout.
- International orders do not include duties or taxes. Fees will be due upon receipt.
- Our usual dispatch time for all the orders is 2-3 working days from the date of placement of the order.
- Maximum delivery time to anywhere in India is 15 days from the date of placement of order.
Return & Refund Policy
We want you to be happy. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase from Idea Creative Solutions and wish to return it for a refund or replacement, we accept returns upto 14 days after delivery. The returned merchandise must come back to us in the original condition along with the original invoice as a proof of purchase from ideacreativesolutions.com. Idea Creative Solutions defines the original condition as unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, frangrance-free and will all original tags attached and in all original packaging. Whereas, this return policy will not be applied on personalised products. We may consider replacing it with the same product depending on the issue reported.
Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and we would be happy to exchange your order for an additional shipping fee.
Returns and exchanges 14 days after the delivery date may be charged an additional 50% processing fee based on the amount paid on the order.
No returns will be accepted after 30 days from the ship date.
How to return your order
All returns must be authorized by email first. Please contact us at care@ideacreativesolutions.com and write Idea Creative Returns in the subject line of your email. Idea Creative Solutions will acknowledge your notification via email.

Please note that due to differences in monitors, the colors you see on your computer may be slightly different on the print you receive.
When the goods are received in an original and resaleable condition, we will refund the purchase price to you within 14 days of the receipt of the returned goods excluding shipping. Please note, the cost and safe return of the goods is your responsibility and must arrive within the specified return policy window. A full refund will be issued to the original payment method used to place the order following the successful return processing of original condition merchandise.
Please note that we are not responsible for the return postage and are not responsible for any shipments lost or liability for packages damaged in transit back to us. Therefore, packages must be traceable, insured, and must require a signature upon delivery clearly, indicate on the outside of the package, “RETURNED GOODS.” This will prevent any customs charges being added for international orders. Please note that any import duty incurred by us will be deducted from your refund as we are unable to refund any shipping, custom taxes, etc. ärtskül reserves the right to refuse unauthorized returns or any return that does not meet these terms and conditions. Refused returns will be returned to the sender at the client’s expense.
What if my order arrives damaged or defective?
The workmanship of your prints are guaranteed for 365 days from the date of shipment. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please let us know and we’ll be happy to fix the problem as quickly as possible.
Please follow the instructions below and one of our representative will quickly ship our a replacement.
- Take a digital photo of the damaged item; include a photo of the box if it was also damaged.
- Attach your digital photos to an email and send them to care@ideacreativesolutions.com. Be sure to include the full name on the order, order number, item name, and a brief description of the damage.
- You will receive an email within 1-2 business days to let you know that your return is being processed.
If the damage or quality issue is not apparent in the photo, we may request that you provide additional information or return the item before the return can be processed.
Where is my Refund?
We will always try to be as swift as possible; however, sometimes refunds can take up to 14 working days to process depending on your bank or payment provider. Payments will be refunded to the original payment method, excluding the cost of shipping.
What about an Exchange?
If you need to exchange an article you purchased from us for the same item, send us an email at care@ideacreativesolutions.com. The same return policy and process applies under the how to return your order instructions. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. Shipping charges may apply.
What about Sale Items?
Only regular priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
And Gifts?
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and they will be advised of your return.
